This head, pressed with a suitable rib that increases its strength even at low thicknesses, is manufactured from prime quality plate and stainless steel (upon request). The trimming performed after pressing also allows, upon request, the possibility of creating a beveled edge on the straight flange which, in addition to providing greater strength to the head, facilitates welding with improved sealing guarantee.

For pressed heads, the tolerances applied are those of the standards in force (in particular the AFRON NFE 81-100/1997 standard)
For spun heads, the tolerances are as follows:

Out-of-roundness (maximum difference between minimum diameter and maximum diameter)

Total height (for untrimmed heads)

Plates
The dimensional and shape tolerances of the plates to be taken as reference, unless otherwise agreed contractually, are in accordance with standards UNI EN 10025 and UNI EN 10051.
It is however possible at the time of ordering to request tighter tolerances, the feasibility of which will be evaluated.
