Regarding pressed heads, the tolerances applied are those of the regulations in force (specifically the AFRON NFE 81-100/1997 standard).
For flanged heads, they are as follows:
On the outside diameter:
< Ø 2000 = ± 2 ‰ · Ø
> Ø 2000 = ± 3 ‰ · Ø
Out-of-roundness (maximum difference between minimum and maximum diameter)
± 3 ‰ · Ø
Total height (for untrimmed heads)
– 0 +25 mm
Plates
Dimensional and shape tolerances of the plates to be taken as a reference, unless otherwise contractually agreed, are in accordance with UNI EN 10025 and UNI EN 10051 standards.
It is nevertheless possible to request tighter tolerances at the time of ordering, the feasibility of which will be evaluated.
